THE WEATHER REPORT

Let’s be honest. Leather shoes and apparel don’t come cheap. That’s why you have to treat your finest kicks with the same care and respect you’d dedicate to your finest bottle of scotch. The first thing you want to use to protect your investment is our Walter’s Weather Guard spray. By using Weather Guard on your first wear to a weekly routine you will build up your shoe’s water resistance and prevent damage from the elements and even other liquid spills. The greatest thing about our Walter’s Weather Guard spray is that the non-silicone formula is gentle enough to use on ALL kinds of materials- suede, nubuck, fine leathers, and even canvas! Always test in a small area first.

HERE’S HOW WALTER'S WEATHER GUARD WORKS:

Clean shoes are happy shoes! Make sure you apply Weather Guard to a clean, dry surface, so that the spray can do its job, by coating the shoe with a transparent shield designed to waterproof most materials.

Apply the spray in smooth circular motions but don’t overdo it. You don’t want to soak the shoe. In fact, we suggest you spray multiple light coats to ensure an even application. You wouldn’t

Remember, only use Weather Guard in a well-ventilated room. Trust us, the scotch buzz is way better. Always test in a small area first.

TENDER LOVING LEATHER CARE

Mink oil has been used to polish shoes for hundreds of years and remains one of the best methods for preserving the suppleness and appearance of your leather. Walter’s Mink Oil Protector naturally moisturizes the leather preventing cracks and wear, while repelling water and salt stains, ensuring your shoes last longer and look great doing it.

HERE’S HOW WALTER’S MINK OIL WORKS:

First, make sure your shoes are clean, for the perfect clean use our Walter’s Leather Cleaner. You don’t want to taint the oil with any dirt or salt clinging to the leather. Clean shoes also ensure the mink oil penetrates deeper into the leather.

The leather should feel smooth to the touch and look slightly darker in colour as the mink oil brings out the material’s natural lustre. Remember, Mink Oil is only used on smooth leathers only.
